Terms of Use
Last updated September 29, 2026
These terms apply to the Bumplet app and website, made by Peak Apps Studio. By using the app you agree to them. If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
A guide, not medical advice
Bumplet is a food-safety guide based on general guidance from health bodies such as ACOG, the NHS, the FDA and the WHO. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat anything and does not replace your doctor or midwife. Guidance differs a little between countries and every pregnancy is different: ask your doctor or midwife about your diet, supplements and any symptoms. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. If you think you have food poisoning or a fever, contact your doctor or midwife the same day.
Bumplet Pro
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing yearly or monthly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
If a free trial is offered for the yearly plan (7 days), you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. No trial starts unless you choose it.
Subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment; restore it with Settings → Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
