You can enjoy restaurants in pregnancy. Choose a cuisine to see popular dishes, what to order, what to ask about and what to skip.
Italian foodBaked and tomato dishes are safe bets. Watch for raw egg, cured meats and soft cheeses that are not cooked.Japanese foodCooked rolls, tempura and teriyaki are fine. Skip raw fish and raw egg.Mexican foodCooked dishes are fine. Ask about fresh cheese, and skip anything made with raw fish.Indian foodHot, cooked dishes are safe.
